Sweet!

Today is Monday, so that means new offerings in the Wii’s Virtual Console shop. While the announcement of new additions has been kind of weak as of late (i.e. Urban Champion), Nintendo hit a grand slam today by adding The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past to the Virtual Console’s SNES-related repertoire.

For those of you who might have missed it, A Link to the Past is easily one of the better titles in the series. If you have a Wii and the required 800 points, you’ll definitely want to download this baby.

Word.

Easily the best game in the series, IMO.

And this is coming from someone who practically loathes the series… so take that as you will. 😛

That might be the one that finally gives me to cave in to Wii-mania.

    …now if only they’d do FF3.

I doubt they’ll do FF3 on the VC, at least not for a little while…. it’s coming out on the GBA sometime in February (the 7th? 17th? I forget…).

How you’re going to do blitzes with two buttons, I have no idea.
